This weeks update completes the balance pass to help make crew morale more meaningful. It also removes the confusion with combat a bit and makes the human ships scale more closely to their alien counterparts.
One of the major bugs that has been reported in the forums and in some of the reviews should now also be fixed pertaining to crew schedules. Due to the complexity of the issue it took a bit longer to resolve than would have liked but it should no longer be a major issue.
